Bren Simmers

I’m excited to have a new poem online at Watch Your Head. It uses the refrain “if,” something I began to explore in my forthcoming collection If, When (Gaspereau Press, 2021). Since I moved to PEI, I have been writing a lot of list poems, perhaps as a way of cataloguing the accruing observations and images of a new place.
