I wrote this book during a difficult time when I lost my father to a heart attack, my mother to Alzheimer’s, and my sister-in-law was diagnosed with cancer.

It feels vulnerable to share something so personal, but I trust that it will connect with folks who are also learning to carry the weight of grief and find a way forward.
